The Masque of the Red Death is my first graphic novel, inspired by Western literature, specifically adapted from Edgar Allan Poe's short story. This work delves into the essence of life, the irreversibility of time, and the inescapable reality of death. The story reveals death as a universal theme that transcends social classes, prompting readers to reflect on its profound significance, especially in the post-pandemic era, where global discourse revolves around the rampant influenza virus.

Furthermore, readers can vividly experience the suspense of the story and the narrative tension created by the medieval Western setting and the use of double-page storyboards.
